Service Design · Global Health Innovation
Designing equitable services for the people health systems too often leave behind.
I'm Sarah Tanishka Nethan, a Service Designer and Global Health Innovation Specialist. For nearly a decade I've worked across Ireland, Switzerland and India, combining human-centred design, evidence-based research and systems thinking to reshape care for at-risk and under-represented populations.

What I do
Three practices, one commitment.
01
Human-centred research
Ethnographic clinical immersion, contextual inquiry, participatory research and behavioural insight.
02
Service & interaction design
Journey mapping, service blueprinting, prototyping, and end-to-end digital product design.
03
Health innovation & implementation
Design sprints, capacity building and adaptive implementation in complex health systems.
