About

I design services with the people they're meant to serve - clinicians, mothers, frontline workers and communities on the edges of care.

I'm a Service Designer and Global Health Innovation Specialist with 9+ years' experience designing and implementing human-centred services across hospitals, health systems, governments and international organisations in Ireland, Switzerland and India.

I lead participatory design research, ethnographic clinical immersion, design sprints, rapid prototyping and service improvement initiatives alongside clinicians, patients, governance administrators and multidisciplinary teams.

I'm passionate about applying service design, systems thinking and behavioural science to improve patient experiences, healthcare delivery and frontline services within complex health systems - most recently with the World Health Organization, Ministry of Health India, UN Women, Packard Foundation, the World Design Organization, and GOAL Global, among others.
